SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all AU and NZ orders over $35 / $50 AUD. Free Express shipping is automatically applied to all all AU and NZ orders over $70 / $90 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.



PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. However, this may take longer during peak-trading periods. In this case, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders with Express shipping placed by 11am AEST will be dispatched on the same day. With the exception for weekends and public holidays.

We use Australia Post for delivering both Standard and Express shipments. Please see expected shipping times below:

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS


If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact support@vesitia.com with your order number ASAP. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been dispatched. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided, and all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received. 

However, please contact us at support@vesitia.com and we will assist in helping you locate your parcel.

We inspect and polish each piece before shipping. However, if your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@vesitia.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance. We offer an extended 30-day warranty for defects discovered after extended use. This warranty only covers an inherent product defect. Damages caused by misuse will not be covered. All items will not be eligible for complimentary replacements after this time frame.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We have strict hygiene policy to ensure all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, and they only receive brand new pieces when placing an order with us. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges of claw clips and combs. We have dedicated efforts to make sure the descriptions, photos and videos displayed on our website are accurate reflections of our products.
