RETURNS POLICY

We have strict hygiene policy to ensure all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, and they only receive brand new pieces when placing an order with us. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges of hair accessories. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We inspect and polish each piece before shipping. However, if your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@vesitia.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance

We offer an extended 30-day warranty for defects discovered after extended use. This warranty only covers an inherent product defect. Damages caused by misuse will not be covered. All items will not be eligible for complimentary replacements after this time frame.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-orders are charged at the time of transaction. Once stock is available, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email. All general exchange & refund policies apply to orders once received.

SALES

All sales are final and no exchange, refund or credit will be provided unless the item is fault.

Prices are marked online and are not eligible for further discount or to be used in conjunction with any other offers. Free shipping will still apply to eligible orders.
