Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship to 25 countries globally including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, USA and Japan. For the full list of countries, please verify it on our checkout page. Unfortunately, we do not facilitate shipping to any other countries at the moment. For more information, please view our Shipping Policy.

For efficient delivery for international orders, we use DHL when full delivery details are entered in English at checkout.

  • New Zealand: Express ($12.95 or free over $150)
  • All other countries: Express ($25 or free over $150)

Please note, any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Care For My Products?

For our claw clips and combs, gently hand wash only when necessary using a mild detergent and warm water. After cleaning, dry thoroughly and polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to maintain their shine.

To protect the metal springs, please minimise exposure to water, including saltwater and chlorinated water, as moisture can lead to corrosion. We also recommend avoiding storage in humid environments, such as bathrooms, to ensure the longevity of your claw clips.

Where Are Your Products Made?

We source bio-acetate designed in Italy for our claw clips and combs. They are then produced by our supplier based in Dongyang, China. With 14 years of experience, each piece is hand polished by experts paid fairly for their work. The companies are dedicated to environmental-friendly processes and production techniques.

What Certifications/Audits Do You Have?

The factories we work with hold certifications of SMETA®, GRS®, SGS®, BSIC and GS.

What Should I Do If My Item Is Faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at support@vesitia.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the fault

To help us assess the issue promptly, we recommend reporting faults within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that damage caused by misuse, improper care, moisture or humidity exposure, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Is Your Packaging Sustainable?

Yes! Our boxes, note cards, crinkle paper and packing tape are 100% recyclable and compostable. We use compostable shipping labels and mailers to further reduce our environmental impact. We encourage you to dispose our packaging responsibly.

Our hair claws and combs comb in protective dust bags made from 100% cotton. We have designed this to be versatile for you to keep and reuse it.
