Shipping & delivery

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. International orders are fulfilled using Australia Post, DHL, or FedEx, with the carrier selected based on the most efficient and appropriate service for each individual order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Australia: Standard ($7.95 or free over $75); Express ($12.95)
  • New Zealand: Express ($15 or free over $150)
  • All other countries: Express ($35 or free over $150)


PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. However, this may take longer during peak-trading periods. In this case, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders with Express shipping placed by 10am AEDT will be dispatched on the same day. With the exception for weekends and public holidays.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact support@vesitia.com with your order number ASAP. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been dispatched. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided, and all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received.
