Return policy
At VESITIA, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND & ELIGIBILITY
Due to hygiene reasons, claw clips and combs are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund for change of mind:
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or gifted items
- Gift cards
- Items that do not meet the Item Condition requirements outlined below
- International orders
ITEM CONDITION
Where a return is approved, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Returned in original packaging and condition
Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be rejected.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
If eligible, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your product is faulty, defective, or not as described.
To assist with a prompt assessment, we ask that any faults be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Reporting within this timeframe allows us to reasonably assess the issue while the item is still in near-new condition. This timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a claim, please email support@vesitia.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or a short video demonstrating the fault
If a return is required, approved items must be received by VESITIA within 7 business days of approval.
ASSESSMENT & REMEDIES
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we may request to inspect the item.
- If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- If the issue is determined to be the result of misuse, neglect, improper care, environmental exposure (including moisture or humidity), or normal wear and tear, a refund or replacement may not be offered.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Where a fault is confirmed, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
UNREASONABLE OR EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary and aim to provide a fair and positive experience for all customers.
To prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy, VESITIA reserves the right to decline return requests where we identify excessive, unreasonable, or suspicious return patterns. In such cases, we may also restrict or refuse future transactions at our discretion.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the claim is approved as faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- VESITIA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued for the value of the returned goods once received and approved.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.
RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS
VESITIA reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Were not approved prior to being sent
- Are returned used, damaged, altered, or incomplete
- Are returned outside the policy timeframe
