Return policy
At VESITIA, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This policy sets out how we handle returns and refunds in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
ELIGIBILITY
- Due to hygiene reasons, our claw clips and combs are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Sale, discounted and gifted items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, credit, or refund, including items purchased on promotion, discount, or an offer.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. Any return paid for with a gift card will have the refunded value returned to the same gift card.
EXCHANGES
- We do not offer exchanges. To change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your product is faulty, defective, or not as described.
- You must notify us of any faults within 14 days or receiving your order.
- To lodge a claim, please email support@vesitia.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
- Once your claim is reviewed, our team will confirm the next steps. If a return is required, items must be received by VESITIA within 7 business days of approval.
ASSESSMENT & REMEDIES
- We carefully assess all reported faults and may request to inspect the returned item.
- It the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer you a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- If the issue is due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed if your claim is accepted.
EXCLUSIONS
- Claims made after the 14-day notification period may not be eligible for review or remedy.

ITEM CONDITION
- Items must be returned in original, unused, and unworn condition, in their original packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING
- We recommend using a trackable service for sending your returns.
- Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.
- VESITIA is not responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued for the value of the returned goods once received and processed, and will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs from the original order and return costs are not refundable.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunds to appear in your account.
RIGHT TO REJECT
- VESITIA reserves the right to reject any returns that were not approved by our team prior to sent out, are returned in used, damaged, or altered condition, or are returned outside the policy period.
